Wouldn't tell you if you were STOOPID anyway :) As I said before, it takes some playing with to get the sequence right. In that case, download the msconfig registry fix and run it. I just opened my XP Virtual Machine, opened regedit, browsed to the key, hit file -> export, saved and uploaded the registry file. You will have to reboot your computer to have Windows perform error checking on the C drive. check these guys out

Always Create a New Restore Point and back up your registry before making any changes. It doesn't hurt to have multible options. Try putting C:\WINDOWS\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\MSConfig.exe in the run box and see what happens.
