I just don't get it. Which address book is being displayed? The Full or Lite version?Do you use an email client? Which box is ticked?

If that works go back to outlook properties and delete the old profile. You should have no data in it until you import it. from there you can change which address book to show first. Then open outlook and step through setting up your account.
