Are you saying that you have this problem and the prior solution didn't fix it? When ever you run code in a workbook the undo stack is cleared. Didn't know this feature existed. Excel's popular software guide even incorporates suggestions sent in by readers.

I tried to share / undo sharing, I tried to protect / unprotect the sheet - nothing seems to work... In Excel 2010 whenever I click outside the cell being edited the "undo" button grays-out and I loose all ability to undo any previous changes.
