After being told by a Dell technician there is nothing that can be done to rewrite the MBR to access the CNTL F11 function I came across your website and after How would you like it if you gave someone thousands of dollars and they ignored you? Another Dell technician told me there was no way to "restore" the Dell System Restore Utility because "I" formatted the drive.
Plus Dell techs, replaced about 10 parts on my laptop, on 10 visits (inspiron 8000 total 5000$ canadian not a cheap one) so much for quality parts, durability sucks. Do you hear us now?
