Every thread I've followed has worked perfectly up to the point where they ask to chainload bootmgr, but when I try to chainload bootmgr it says Error 17: File not found. Install it completely, telling it to use your entire HDD. i had the same problem. LS occurs only in some newer grub4dos versions.

when restarting it goes into recovery console by itself, i don't have to press F10/F11. 2. I had no choice but to temporarily install a floppy drive and install the OS that way booting from floppies.
