As for a psu any decent 550w psu will be fine. The only other thing that is slightly tricky for some is reading the motherboard manual to see how all the front panel connects. I would use Asrock Extreme6 mother board, change the memory to DDR3 1600 with a timing of 9-9-9-24 and the HHD to something with Sata 6.0Gb/s and 7200 RPM. XFX TS 550w, corsair cx550m, to name a few.Why do you take a 500gb ssd?
