These guys are used to how Windows works. I went to Tools > Options and unchecked 'Use Windows Defender' (to turn it off) but still had the same problem trying to reinstall AVG. How can I install AVG? Is this a problem with AVG, or can I correct it by omitting a directory, or changing a setting?
