Open Windows 7 in Safe mode2. Please do the system scan and then do that below.It will tell you exactly what is wrong.Please goto the following link and download Speedfan. Give me a few minutes to find out where to find your Video card info. Which means you have to cearly identify your computer or vid card/chip or forget it. check over here
