Without quotation marks. It works perfectly if I double click the .bat file, or if I run the bat file from the command prompt. I made the name only 15 character long and it executed without issues. Solution: after debugging the task scheduler running the bat with cmd /k "pattobatch\batch.bat" found that the name of the batch file was too long.
